General
This policy applies to all travel packages booked through NepalTripAdvisors.com from 01
September 2019 onward. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 90 working days from
the date of cancellation or upon supplier confirmation, whichever is later. In the case of on-trip
cancellations, refunds will be initiated within 90 working days from the traveler’s return or upon
supplier confirmation, whichever is later. Refund amounts are subject to fluctuations based on
exchange rates, payment status, and refund approval from third-party suppliers.
Flights
● “Non-Refundable” flight bookings are not eligible for refunds.
● “Refundable” flights will follow the terms mentioned in the final itinerary and cancellation
policy.
● Refund values may vary due to currency fluctuations.
● NepalTripAdvisors.com is not liable for delays, cancellations, or operational issues by
airlines. Customers must contact airlines directly for such refunds.
● Passports must be valid for at least one year. No refunds are provided for denied
boarding due to invalid documentation.
● Customers are responsible for timely airport arrival; missed flights due to delay are non-
refundable.
● If airport transfers are delayed (only when provided by NepalTripAdvisors), we are not
liable for missed flights.
● Excess baggage costs or failure to complete web check-in with specific airlines are non-
refundable.
● Meal preferences are subject to airline discretion.
Hotels
● “Non-Refundable” hotel bookings are not eligible for refunds.
● “Refundable” hotels will adhere to timelines stated in the product or itinerary.
● Refund amounts may vary due to exchange rates.
● NepalTripAdvisors.com is not liable for hotel management behavior, room condition, or
additional amenities requested.
● Hotel changes on-trip incur a 100% cancellation fee.
● Early check-in/late check-out is subject to hotel discretion and is non-refundable.
Activities
● “Non-Refundable” activities are not eligible for refunds.
● “Refundable” activities follow the terms outlined in the product or final itinerary.
● Currency rates may affect the total refund.
Visa & Insurance
● NepalTripAdvisors.com facilitates visa documentation and advice but does not
guarantee visa issuance.
● Visa fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.
● We are not responsible for changes in visa rules or documentation requirements.
● Insurance is non-refundable once applied.
Transfers
● Refunds on transfers are based on the cancellation policy and terms in the final itinerary.
● Amounts refunded may fluctuate with international exchange rates.
Severability
If any clause is found unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement remains in effect.
Jurisdiction
All legal matters are subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.
Relationship Disclaimer
This Agreement does not imply any partnership, agency, or employment relationship.
Updates to the Agreement
NepalTripAdvisors.com may update these terms without prior notice. Users are advised to
review them regularly.
Usage of Customer Media Content
Photos or videos shared during or after trips may be used for marketing unless the User opts
out by contacting: support@nepaltripadvisors.com.
